Ascend Adventure Adventure Therapy • Two disciplines;- the outdoor industry and the therapeutic field • Appropriate adventurous activity • Real or perceived risk • Facilitate change • Combination of a supportive,therapeutic relationship and physical activity • Verbal reinforcement • Experience and understand self differently

  5. Our “Products” Discover Day – A non-residential outdoor activity taster day, with an option to include archery or water based activity.

  6. Our “Products” Edge of the Wild - Centred around a 3 day/2 night camping experience, designed to compliment existing work by the referring agency and to meet the needs of the participants

  7. Our “Products” Footprints - An adventurous activity one day per week, plus aone or two night camping experience. Four to Twelve week programs available The Journey - A longer Footprints program, incorporating several Edge of the Wild weekends, culminating in one or several mountain expeditions of 5+ days
