  1. Lifestyle Habits You Should Adopt To Lose Weight Faster

You might have understood it by now that losing weight isn’t as simple as it spells. • You must be very, very attentive and dedicated to your healthy lifestyle in order to stay fit, slim and healthy. • Most people tend to give up on their weight loss program just because they find it hard enough to continue. • However, as a concierge dietitian, I urge people not to pay attention on a particular weight loss program, but to make sure that they adopt a few healthy lifestyle habits. • Here are a few lifestyle habits that you should surely adopt in order to make sure that you are healthy, happy and fit from within –

  3. Taking care of your food – Eating is one of the most important parts of your weight loss journey. While you are trying to lose weight, you must make sure that you are keeping an eye on how much you eat. In case you are unable to control your diet, make sure you eat smaller portions, but a few times a day.

  4. Maintain a particular schedule – • When you are following a particular lifestyle, make sure you are maintaining a particular time table. • If you are waking up 8 in the morning, make sure you stick to that. However, one thing you should change is the time you go to bed. • There should be a minimum of three hours’ time difference from your dinner time to bed time.

  5. Never skip breakfast – • No matter how late you are to office, never, ever skip your breakfast. Eat a big portion of breakfast every day in the morning to start with. Drink a lot and lot of water – • Water is the best detox one can ever have and nothing works like water does. • Drink as much water as you can on a daily basis and make sure to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day.

Add a lot of proteins, fruits and veggies in your diet – • Eat less carbs and more proteins. • Add a lot of proteins in your diet and add a lot of vegetables. • Adding fruits too will help you stay hydrated all day long and provide plenty of other benefits. • Add fruits in your breakfast and snacks for better results. Sleep – • Skipping regular sleep will make your mind and body quite weak. • Therefore maintain a proper sleep schedule and no matter what sleep at least 6 hours a day.
