  1. Things to Keep In Mind While You Are Trying To Lose Weight

Since I have started my career as a nutritionist and a registered dietitian, I have come across many patients who complain about not being able to concentrate on their weight loss journey. • However, the reasons for the same vary from person to person, but then again, I could see one common reason among most of them and that is – the lack of motivation. • Motivation plays a huge role in your weight loss program and as a personal dietitian in Florida, I believe that motivation comes from yourself and you are the key to bring changes to your life and also to your health.

  3. Here are a few tips from my end to help you stay motivated in your weight loss journey. Take a look— Set a goal – The very first thing you need to do is setting up a goal for yourself. The goal can be set for a week, a month or maybe even for three months. That solely depends on you. However, remember that you can achieve your goal only when you set a goal that is realistic.

Setting up a goal which is highly unlikely to be achieved within a period of time will only make you upset later Never miss out on any foods of the day Be it your breakfast, lunch or your dinner. Never miss out on anything. Diet means keeping an eye on what you eat. It doesn’t mean that you have to stay empty stomach. Start your day with a healthy and huge breakfast and then followed by lunch and dinner.

  5. Chew, don’t just gobble – Chewing and eating your food properly is pretty important. I know that all of us are always on the run nowadays, but it isn’t really good for your health and also for your body to have an inappropriate eating habit. Chew your food, eat slowly and enjoy the taste. However, never eat anything after dinner.

Workout – Workouts help you stay fit and healthy and even if you are not much into heavy workout schedule, you should go for a walk for at least 30 minutes every day. • It keeps your body stay fit and healthy. A good night’s sleep – Although we take sleep for grated, it is actually very important for you to take proper naps and sleep properly at least for 6 hours every day. Lack of sleep can bring a lot of body troubles which you won’t like at all.
