HQM02 Test Status: Preliminary Check-Out, Quench Training, and Ramp Rate Study

This report provides an overview of the HQM02 test, including the coil-to-pole piece short found, quench training at 4.6 K and 2.2 K, ramp rate study at 4.6 K, and splice measurements. The test status and quench history are also included.
