Outputs: Pilot Cases • Middle Bank: Agreed approach on formal transnational MSP consultation process (incl. stakeholder participation) • Pom Bight: Roadmap / recommendation on how to enhance synergies in MSP processes and develop multi-level governance in transnational MSP • Lithuanian Case: Concept for multi-level governance and transnational consultations for single country national MSP with borders to LV, RU, SE • New communication tools (ICT) to be used to facilitate transnational stakeholder processes in Model Cases
Outputs: WP 4 workshops • Report showing summarised synergies & conflicts and related solutions developed in cross-sectoral workshops • Summary report on various sector perspectives, their expectations towrads MSP & targets & priorities for future development on pan-Baltic scale
Outputs: WP3 MSP Expert Group • Handbook on multi-level / transnational MSP consultation process (whom to involve, how to involve, etc) • Recommendations on common standards for MSP • Recommendations on procedures & standards for transnational data exchange • Concept for transnational institutional & governance model on transnational coordination, agreements & data exchange in MSP • Update of Compendium on MSP structures around the BSR
