    3. 3 LuftVG 1 Freiheit des Luftraums (1) Die Benutzung des Luftraums durch Luftfahrzeuge ist frei, soweit sie nicht durch dieses Gesetz und durch die zu seiner Durchfhrung erlassenen Rechtsvorschriften beschrnkt wird.
