1. POPCORN SHED GOURMET POPCORN ABOUT POPCORN SHED Hey! I’m back with something a little different today… I have a review of some Popcorn Shed Gourmet Popcorn! (That’sa bit of a mouthful) Now if you’re a regular reader you will know I mainly focus on Beauty product reviews on here, but I’m trying to add alittle more Lifestyle stuff in too. If you aren’t a regular reader, I definitely think you should subscribe! Basically, when Delivered Social contacted me about trying these out me just couldn’t say no! So these are gifted but that doesn’t affect how I’m going to review them. Anyone who knows me will know I have the biggest sweet tooth/ I just love food. I feel like I’ve vaguely heard or seen the brand before, but I definitely hadn’t tried them before this. The founders Laura and Sam, who are cousins, started Popcorn Shed after having always appreciated popcorn as a snack and how it can enhance special moments. Working with this concept they dedicated themselves to perfecting the flavor and quality of popcorn, which personally I think they have done an incredible job at! This is honestly some of the loveliest popcorn I’ve ever tried. So, if you’re a fan of popcorn, sweet things, food in general or all of the above then keep reading! Popcorn Shed is the UK’s first super-premium gourmet popcorn brand. We incorporate TEXTURE into our popcorn through chunks of nuts, chocolate and dried fruit, in order to maximize the taste of our popcorn and enhance ‘mouth feel’. THE PACKAGING The first thing I want to mention about the packaging is how cute and on brand it is. As you can see in the pictures the box is shaped like a shed, not only does this link in with the name of the brand Popcorn Shed, also it’s adorable! Ultimately I haven’t seen anything like this before, it gives a unique, quirky feel to the brand. Adding to that gourmet style, when we see packaging that looks a little fancier this automatically makes us think of a higher class product. Like I said I really like the packaging and think it adds a special little touch, making this Popcorn Shed product perfect to give as a gift, or even I was thinking they would make a great addition to a gourmet food hamper. Another key point, the price for these, so the bigger shed shaped box costs £3.50. You can also get a selection of all 7 flavors in the smaller snack bags, this costs £18. So, they aren’t the cheapest bags of popcorn in the world, but I can vouch they are 100% worth that little extra money. They are bursting with flavor!

For the most part the popcorn from Popcorn Shed is quite uniform in size and the pieces are all evenly covered in flavor. You know what it’s like sometimes, 5 or 6 pieces from the pack have flavor on and the rest are just plain, that is not the case with these at all! Furthermore, with the small snack bags these are only 140 calories per bag, which literally makes them perfect for a little mid-morning or afternoon snack. I found them really handy as a midafternoon snack for the days when I was going to the gym straight after work so knew I was going to have my tea quite late. However, the bigger boxes are perfect for an at home cinema night. I couldn’t actually choose a favorite flavor, I really did enjoy them all! For me maybe Sweet Cheesus, I just liked how different it was, that one did stand out. But they all had really strong, lingering tastes. BUTTERLY NUTS: Not too strong a flavor, nice and sweet. Covered in a creamy peanut butter coating but it isn’t too strong or overpowering! A little added extra these have real peanut halves in the packet with the popcorn. SALTED CARAMEL: An interesting mix of sea salted popcorn covered in Belgian milk chocolate. These were definitely one one of the sweeter options, so I would definitely recommend these for people with a little more of a sweet tooth. SWEET CHEESUS: This is the ultimate ‘Sweet and Salty’ combo, honestly it’s making my mouth water just thinking about it. The real strong mix of cheddar with buttery sweet caramel are an absolute genius combination. This is definitely a marmite kind of situation you either love it or hate it!

3. SAY CHEESE! Moving on, this is just the cheese from the option above. A strong mature cheddar cheese flavour, not for people that aren’t keen on cheese as it is a little strong. But then for anyone that’s a cheese lover like me these are a must! Again because every single piece of popcorn is covered in flavouring it packs a punch with every mouthful. PECAN PIE: Another that come with that cheeky little addition, this time we have crunchy pecan nuts. The smooth caramel popcorn goes amazingly well with the crunch of the pecan nuts! I wasn’t sure if I was going to enjoy this one or not, but I definitely did. POP ‘N’ CHOC: This is one for all the chocolate fans out there! A double helping of chocolate and a smooth cocoa- infused caramel base. Not too sweet like some of the others, just the right balance of sweetness. BERRY-LICIUS: To me, this one stood out different to all the rest, the only really like fruity one. You get a really good tangy, tart raspberry flavor mixed with smooth dark chocolate! Actually another great combination! I found these to be really moreish, like I tried to only have a couple and save the rest for after my dinner, but I just ended up eating them all. OVERALL Overall, I was so impressed and happy with all the flavors they were actually so much better than I thought they were going to be. 100% I will purchase these again when I’m wanting a little treat. Without a doubt this is the best popcorn I’ve ever tasted! Popcorn Shed I don’t know how you did it, but you did well. Trying to describe it to you doesn’t even do it justice, you need to try it to know how incredible it is. Popcorn always takes me back to going to the cinema when I was younger and all you could hear was everyone rustling and crunching it around you. So thank you for that little trip down memory lane.
