COULD THIS BE YOU? • If you love cooking, now is your chance to enter the Cook It Young Cook of the Year competition. • First prize is a family holiday in Cornwall, plus there are lots more prizes to be won. • Send your recipes in by: 4th April 2014. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRqJ_mH94RE Ben Acott, 13, the 2013 winner in the 10 to 13 year old age group

  2. TO ENTER… • You must be aged between 10–16. There are two categories: 10–13 years and 14–16 years. • Your entry must be all your own work and include recipes for a main meal and a pudding for 2–4 people. The meal must take no longer than 1 hour, 30 minutes to prepare and cook in total. • Your two recipes must be accurate with easy-to-follow instructions: You will also be awarded marks for your cooking skills, choice of recipes, originality and creativity. • You must in no more than 100 words tell us about your recipes and why you chose them. Zach Field, 15, the 2013 winner in the 14 to 16 year old age group
