Project Actions and Tools DEMAND-DRIVEN SYSTEM • Reforming the workforce system to work with business as the primary customer PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING • Re-engineer workflow resulting in improved business outreach, assessment, and coordinated business client management TOOLS • Implement business tool with cloud computing Salesforce platform with Launchpad Careers/Workforce 2.0 consultants PARTNERSHIPS • Increase collaboration between workforce & economic development professionals at the state, regional and local level SKILL TRAINING • Develop new training curricula to meet specific industry needs
