  2. Team norms! • Team norms • Set due dates must be met within two days. • Each due date set within group must be reasonable and consensual. • Post an update- as to progress- at least once a week. • No design decision is to be made without consent of the whole group by vote. • No ideas are dumb. Any and all ideas are welcome. • All questions are welcome. • Every member must participate in the project. • We should find each other strengths and such. EX: that if someone is better at sketching we will let them do that. Someone’s better at inventor they do more of the building. Or proofing and editing. • HAVE FUN!!! • Consequences if norms are not met • If deadlines are not met first there will be a group intervention (email), then members talk with Mrs. Stracina, last, deadweight kicked out of group • If not dates are not reasonable they will be discussed and reset • If you do not post an update the team will assume you are not working and will begin the steps of intervention listed above. • If ideas are insulted there will be intervention. • If a decision is made without consent then consequences will be equal to those of missed deadlines. • Exceptions: • Illness: if ill the dates will be moved back the number of days absent • Miscommunication: if you do not understand a group decision ask questions and decision will be explained or reconsidered.
