  1. Bipolar affective disorder - A Guide of Manic Depression The pandemic has certainly triggered an explosion in the number of individuals plagued by worry. The traditional strategies of counselling for anxietyg have indeed become overwhelmed and it is time for a new approach. One that can adapt to the new and emerging technology. The major problem with conventional nervousness counselling is that a lot of it is not effective. A lot of it is too old school and just did not work in the past. There are also a lot of "magic words" that everyone who is suffering will just respond with. Well, that does not work for everyone. A lot of them just want a good friend to talk to. A lot of people just want to hear themselves talk and do not want to do it in front of a group. It is time for a new strategy. It is moment to do away with conventional methods and try to help those people who are not willing to get involved and learn the hard way. That is why I am proposing a new project - The Nervousness Research and Treatment Group. The aim of the ARDTG is to study and develop a new and better method of nervousness counselling. There will be a focus on people who are willing to be affected by anxiety. We should try to reduce the shame of being affected by nervousness and have a better understanding of what is going on. We should also try to reduce stress, depression and pressure from jobs, relationships and society. I am hopeful that it will reduce the stigma of being an anxiousness sufferer and a therapist. We should aim to help those who do not have a family dentist, doctor or gp who understands stress and anxiety. The aim of the ARDTG is to develop a method that is successful and has enough accuracy to be licensed by the Department of Health. The aim is to have an open invitation to all professionals and sufferers to participate. There will be a focus on psychological stress and anxiety, which is the main form of worry experienced by a majority of the population today. It should be simple to understand and accessible for everyone. We should also aim to have those methods that are fast and simple to implement in the future. It should be possible to be able to assess anyone within 10 minutes and implement the appropriate method. Also, I believe that the aim of the ARDTG should be to provide a service that is free of charge and be available on a permanent basis. * I want to work with psychologists and counsellors, psychiatrists and psychotherapists to reduce the stigma of mental health. I want to support and encourage those who are struggling to come to terms with a stressful life. I want to work with my students to support them to learn new skills, and improve their coping mechanisms. * I hope to inspire and assist therapists, therapists, counselors, physician's assistants and medical doctors to develop new and more effective methods to relieve mental suffering. This will mean developing new, nontoxic and safe products to offer the best solutions to help those who suffer from psychological difficulties. The reason I decided to enter the field of mental health is that I believe we are all affected by psychological difficulties. I want to help relieve the suffering of everyone. In the past I suffered from chronic depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobic disorders, anxiety disorders and post traumatic stress disorder. We all have to get over that and overcome the mental health issues that we have. You see, the field of mental health has many great fields of studies and new technologies which I am bringing to you. We have to work together and overcome the stigma of having mental issues. As humans we are all affected by some form of mental difficulty. We have to accept that we are all humans, from all races, religions, creeds, income levels and abilities. The stigma and discrimination is the lowest level of thinking a human can go to in a way, and must stop. I am from the United States and experienced discrimination from my friends from Japan. The discrimination and the stigma went on for many years. I have gone through treatment and therapy and I finally went through the entire treatment and the process was not easy. What is the diagnosis? I would be interested to know what the diagnostic label is in treating a person who has a mental illness and the diagnosis is bipolar illness. The aim of the ARDTG is to study and develop a new and better method of anxiety counselling. I am hopeful that it will reduce the stigma of being an anxiety sufferer and a therapist. We should aim to help those who do not have a family gp, doctor or dentist who understands nervousness. There will be a focus on psychological stress and anxiety, which is the main form of
