ABOUT HR SHARE HR SHARE is a two day national level HR conference organized by ISB&M students. It brings together the HR community’s eminent thought leaders and industry stalwarts in a candid discussion on well researched contemporary HR issues. The main theme of HR SHARE 2014 is “HR Change & Transformation”. It has several sub-themes too. The conference is designed around themes and topics which are aligned to the various complexities that surround business. The HR professional will share their insights and best practices in the context of their experience and challenges faced during their course of work and how they overcome these to enhance performance and deliver better business results in their organizations. The Conference would be conducted in an experience-sharing interactive and networking mode, encouraging high level of active participation by the delegates. The conference format includes presentations, panel discussions and Q&A sessions.
