  1. Resolving DTDs

  2. First Step • Select Edit XML Functions menu option in MARC Tools area.

  3. Second Step • Select the EAD to MARC template and click Modify

  4. Third Step • Check Resolve Remote Entities. Note, this means that DTDs, entities – all must be resolvable for this to work.

  5. Fourth Step • Click OK and then process your records.
