  11. JA Solar Standard Module Based on either Monocrystalline or Polycrystalline technology, JA Solar standard modules are developed in 60-cell and 72-cell count. The maximum output and efficiency rate varies for each panel. These are standard modules with no extra features, perfect for regular usage and low budget. These work fine; however, they are like your old vanilla solar panels. JA Solar Half Cell Module Featuring bit unique and smaller cells, the half-cell solar panels are available in either 60-cell or 72 cell count. In actuality, each type in this category has double solar cells as they are split in half. This is a more advanced technology in which the cells are further cut and divided, thus called half cells. The result is improved conversion of sunlight into electrical current and a higher yield.

These factors include but are not limited to: Semiconductor Quality The quality of the silicon used in the solar panels is a determining factor for their cost. The highest quality of semiconductor so far is Silicon which is very expensive and the solar panels that are composed of silicon cells are comparatively expensive than the panels with other semiconductors. Type of  the Panel The type of the solar panel also affects the rate of solar panels in Pakistan. The type includes two basic categories; poly crystalline and mono crystalline. The polycrystalline solar panels are less efficient and productive; thus they cost less while the monocrystalline solar panels are highly efficient and produce a higher yield, hence costly. Similarly, the bifacial solar panels are pricier as compared to the solar plates which generate electricity only from the top side of the panels. Watt per Panel Capacity The watt per panel production capacity of the solar panels means the watts of electric current a solar panel is producing.
