This presentation highlights the major differences between the LF seismic version and the standard version, focusing on the opening and closing releases. The seismic version includes an additional component called "masselotte," which acts as a counterweight to stabilize the coil during vibrations. Furthermore, the seismic version utilizes an old-style electromechanical anti-pumping relay (KN), while the standard version features an electronic relay (KNE) designed for enhanced reliability. These differences are crucial for applications in nuclear power plants (NPP) and EMC compliance.

Presentation : The major difference between LF seismic version and standard version concerns the opening and closing releases. There is an additional part called "masselotte" mounted on the standard coils. The function of this part is to bring a counterweight at the coil. If there are vibrations, metal rod of the coil does not move and keep its initial step. A seismic tests have allowed validating our LF2-LF3 in MCset cubicle (test report n°990878)
Second difference is Anti-pumping Relay • On standard version of LF range there is an electronic anti-pumping relay KNE (see diagram). • On seismic version there is a OLD VERSION of anti-pumping relay - electromechanical relay KN (see diagram). • KN is confirmed for NPP application for EMC, also it allows to use closing coil circuit continuity supervision.
