Surah 2: Al-Baqara áÈáäÃá¾ ÌáäÆ ÈâÏåËãäÆ è¤å¯áQ ÔáÃá® åÈâÏá£å¯áQ CáËåÃáä£á¶ âÄâsâäoÂB áÀåÃãWãVCáËãä×áRåÂB áÈáÖåoáÆ áÌåQB Ôát×ã® CáËå×áWDáÑ èVCá_ánáj åÈâÏá£å¯áQ á°á¶ánáÑ âÐäÃÂBãrâkâ»åÂB ãbÑâoãQ âÍCáÊåkáäÖáFáÑ [2:253] We have made some of these messengers to excel the others among them are they to whom Allah spoke, and some of them He exalted by (many degrees of) rank; and We gave clear miracles to Isa son of Marium, and strengthened him with the holy spirit. Surah 2: Al-Baqara á°ãsáÑ ACáw CáÇãQ áäÙãH ãÐãÇåÃã® åÌãäÆ èAåØáxãQ áÉÒâ§×ãdâÖ áÙáÑ CáÇâÏâ«å·ãc âÍâjÑâKáÖ áÙáÑ á¡ånáÛBáÑ ãVBáÑCáÇáätÂB âÐâä×ãsåoâ¾ý255þ âÈ×ã«á¯åÂB âäØãÃá¯åÂB áÒâÎáÑ and they cannot comprehend anything out of His knowledge except what He pleases, His knowledge extends over the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of them both tires Him not, and He is the Most High, the Great. Surah 2: Al-Baqara åÌáÇᶠãäØá³åÂB áÌãÆ âkåwâäoÂB áÌáä×áRáäW kẠãÌÖãäkÂB Ø㶠áÍBáoå¾ãH áÙãTáÑåoâ¯åÂCãQ áÀátåÇáXåsB ãká»á¶ ãÐäÃÂCãQ ÌãÆåKâÖáÑ ãVÒâ²Cáä§ÂCãQ åoâ·å¿áÖý256þ çÈ×ãÃá® ç°×ãÇás âÐäÃÂBáÑ CáÏá áÅCá|ã·ÊB áÙ áÔá»å[âÒåÂB [2:256] There is no compulsion in religion; truly the right way has become clearly distinct from error; therefore, whoever disbelieves in the Shaitan and believes in Allah he indeed has laid hold on the firmest handle, which shall not break off, and Allah is Hearing, Knowing. He brings them out of the darkness into the light; and (as to) those who disbelieve, their guardians are Shaitans who take them out of the light into the darkness; they are the inmates of the fire, in it they shall abide. Surah 2: Al-Baqara âÐäÃÂB âÍCáWD åÉáF ãÐãäQãn Ø㶠áÈ×ãÎBáoåQãH áä^Eác ÕãmáäÂB ÔáÂãH áoáW åÈáÂáFáÁCẠâY×ãÇâÖáÑ Ø~ã×ådâÖ ÕãmáäÂB áØãäQán âÈ×ãÎBáoåQãH áÁCẠålãH áÀåÃâÇåÂBâÈ×ãÎBáoåQãH áÁCẠâY×ãÆâFáÑ Ø~ã×åcâF CáÊáF [2:258] Have you not considered him (Namrud) who disputed with Ibrahim about his Lord, because Allah had given him the kingdom? So Allah caused him to die for a hundred years, then raised him to life. He said: How long have you tarried? He said: I have tarried a day, or a part of a day. Arabic text by DILP, Translation by M. Surah 2: Al-Baqara CáäÇáÃᶠCæÇådá CáÎÒâtå¿áÊ áäÈâ[ CáÎâqãxËâÊ á¸å×á¾ ãÅCá«ã¯ÂB ÔáÂãH åoâ«ÊBáÑý259þ çoÖãkẠèAåØáw ãäÄâ¾ ÔáÃá® áÐäÃÂB áäÉáF âÈáÃå®áF áÁCẠâÐá áÌáä×áRáW and look at the bones, how We set them together, then clothed them with flesh; so when it became clear to him, he said: I know that Allah has power over all things. Surah 2: Al-Baqara áÁCẠÔáWåÒáÇåÂB Ø~ã×ådâW á¸å×á¾ ØãÊãnáF ãäPán âÈ×ãÎBáoåQãH áÁCẠålãHáÑåmâhᶠáÁCẠØãRåÃẠáäÌãNáÇå§á×ãä Ìã¿~áÂáÑ ÔáÃáQ áÁCẠÌãÆåKâW åÈáÂáÑáFáÀå×áÂãH áäÌâÎåoâ|ᶠãoå×áä§ÂB áÌãäÆ æUá¯áQånáF [2:260] And when Ibrahim said: My Lord! show me how Thou givest life to the dead, He said: What! and do you not believe? He said: Yes, but that my heart may be at ease. He said: Then take four of the birds, then train them to follow you, Arabic text by DILP, Translation by M. H. Shakir. Surah 2: Al-Baqara ãÄá\áÇá¾ ãÐäÃÂB ãÄ×ãRás Ø㶠åÈâÏáÂBáÒåÆáF áÉÒâ»ã·ËâÖ áÌÖãmáäÂB âÄá\áäÆèUáäRác âUáNãäÆ èUáÃâRËâs ãäÄâ¾ Ø㶠áÄãQCáËás á°åRás åYáXáRÊáF èUáäRácý261þ çÈ×ãÃá® ç°ãsBáÑ âÐäÃÂBáÑ ACáxáÖ ÌáÇã â¸ã®Cá£âÖ âÐäÃÂBáÑ [2:261] The parable of those who spend their property in the way of Allah is as the parable of a grain growing seven ears (with) a hundred grains in every ear; and Allah multiplies for whom He pleases; and Allah is Ample-giving, Knowing Arabic text by DILP, Translation by M. Surah 2: Al-Baqara âÐäÃÂBáÑ ÓæláF CáÏâ¯áRåXáÖ èUáºáká{ ÌãäÆ çoå×ág çTáoã·å³áÆáÑ çµÑâoå¯áäÆ çÁåÒáºý263þ çÈ×ãÃác çäØãËá² [2:263] Kind speech and forgiveness is better than charity followed by injury; and Allah is Self-sufficient, Forbearing. Surah 2: Al-Baqara ãäÌáÇåÂCãQ Èâ¿ãWCáºáká{ åBÒâÃã§åRâW áÙ åBÒâËáÆD áÌÖãmáäÂB CáÏâäÖáF CáÖãÐäÃÂCãQ âÌãÆåKâÖ áÙáÑ ãrCáäËÂB ACáMãn âÐáÂCáÆ â¼ã·ËâÖ ÕãmáäÂCá¾ ÓálÛBáÑçPBáoâW ãÐå×áÃá® èÉBáÒå·á{ ãÄá\áÇá¾ âÐâÃá\áÇᶠãoãgÝB ãÅåÒá×åÂBáÑ [2:264] O you who believe! do not make your charity worthless by reproach and injury, like him who spends his property to be seen of men and does not believe in Allah and the last day; so his parable is as the parable of a smooth rock with earth upon it, Arabic text by DILP, Translation by M. Surah 2: Al-Baqara CáäÇãäÆ èAåØáw ÔáÃá® áÉÑânãkå»áÖ áäÙ BækåÃá{ âÐá¾áoáXᶠçÄãQBáÑ âÐáQCá{áGᶠý264þ áÌÖãoã¶Cá¿åÂB áÅåÒá»åÂB ÕãkåÏáÖ áÙ âÐäÃÂBáÑ åBÒâRátá¾ then a heavy rain falls upon it, so it leaves it bare; they shall not be able to gain anything of what they have earned; and Allah does not guide the unbelieving people. Surah 2: Al-Baqara ãÐäÃÂB ãVCá¢åoáÆ ACá³ãXåQB âÈâÏáÂBáÒåÆáF áÉÒâ»ã·ËâÖ áÌÖãmáäÂB âÄá\áÆáÑçÄãQBáÑ CáÏáQCá{áF èTáÒåQáoãQ èUáäËá_ ãÄá\áÇá¾ åÈãÏãtâ·ÊáF åÌãäÆ CæX×ãRå\áWáÑâÐäÃÂBáÑ çäÄá§á¶ çÄãQBáÑ CáÏåRã|âÖ åÈáä ÉãIᶠãÌå×á·å¯ã¢ CáÏáÃâ¾âF åYáWEá¶ý265þ ço×ã|áQ áÉÒâÃáÇå¯áW CáÇãQ [2:265] And the parable of those who spend their property to seek the pleasure of Allah and for the certainty 'of their souls is as the parable of a garden on an elevated ground, upon which heavy rain falls so it brings forth its fruit twofold but if heavy rain does not fall upon it, then light rain (is sufficient); and Allah sees what you do. Surah 2: Al-Baqara çnCáÊ ãÐ×㶠çnCá|å®ãH CáÏáQCá{áGᶠACá·á¯â¢ çUáäÖãänâl âÐáÂáÑ âoáRã¿åÂB âÐáQCá{áFáÑ ãVCáÖÝB âÈâ¿á âÐäÃÂB âÌãä×áRâÖ áÀãÂámá¾ åYáºáoáXåcCá¶ý266þ áÉÑâoáä¿á·áXáW åÈâ¿áäÃá¯á and old age has overtaken him and he has weak offspring, when, (lo!) a whirlwind with fire in it smites it so it becomes blasted; thus Allah makes the communications clear to you, that you may reflect. Surah 2: Al-Baqara åÈâXåRátá¾ CáÆ ãVCáRãä×ᦠÌãÆ åBÒâ»ã·ÊáF åBÒâËáÆD áÌÖãmáäÂB CáÏâäÖáF CáÖâÐåËãÆ á]×ãRáhåÂB åBÒâÇáäÇá×áW áÙáÑ ã¡ånáÛB áÌãäÆ Èâ¿á CáËå_áoågáF CáäÇãÆáÑåBÒâÇáÃå®BáÑ ãÐ×㶠åBÒâ£ãÇå³âW ÉáF áäÙãH ãÐÖãmãgEãQ ÈâXåtáÂáÑ áÉÒâ»ã·ËâWý267þ çk×ãÇác çäØãËá² áÐäÃÂB áäÉáF [2:267] O you who believe! spend (benevolently) of the good things that you earn and or what We have brought forth for you out of the earth, and do not aim at what is bad that you may spend (in alms) of it, while you would not take it yourselves unless you have its price lowered, and know that Allah is Self-sufficient, Praiseworthy. Surah 2: Al-Baqara âÐäÃÂBáÑ ACáxådá·åÂCãQ Èâ¾âoâÆåGáÖáÑ áoå»á·åÂB âÈâ¾âkã¯áÖ âÉCá§å×áäxÂBý268þ çÈ×ãÃá® ç°ãsBáÑ âÐäÃÂBáÑ æÚå£á¶áÑ âÐåËãäÆ æTáoã·å³áäÆ Èâ¾âkã¯áÖ [2:268] Shaitan threatens you with poverty and enjoins you to be niggardly, and Allah promises you forgiveness from Himself and abundance; and Allah is Ample-giving, Knowing. Surah 2: Al-Baqara áÐäÃÂB áäÉãIᶠènåmáäÊ ÌãäÆ ÈâWånámáÊ åÑáF èUá»á·áäÊ ÌãäÆ ÈâXå»á·ÊáF CáÆáÑý270þ ènCá|ÊáF åÌãÆ áÌ×ãÇãÂCáä«Ãã CáÆáÑ âÐâÇáÃå¯áÖ [2:270] And whatever alms you give or (whatever) vow you vow, surely Allah knows it; and the unjust shall have no helpers.
