FAO original startup money, but now 1000 farmer member independent. • Clean active cheese, yogurt, milk packaging. • Typical modern stainless steel milk handling, pasteurizing and minimalist 500 ml plastic bag consumer packaging. • Manager was very welcoming and hospitable and requested more interaction from us in future reflecting a robust open mindedness. • Taking Action • Minimal action planned at this time due to limited TF Centurion Agricultural personnel. • Considering how to facilitate alfalfa production training which would benefit 1000 member farmers which average few dairy cows and need better feed. 3- FEB-13
