DESCRIPTION

The Leadership Development Roundtable focuses on establishing development as a distinct concept, separate from promotions. It emphasizes that leadership development is an ongoing process where accountability lies with the learner for their own development plan. By positioning Cort leaders as coaches and developers of high-potential talent, we create a culture of continuous improvement. The GVPs conduct reviews and approvals of DGM development plans while discussing and addressing tough developmental issues collaboratively. This proactive approach fosters a shared language and key competencies, enhancing leadership quality across the organization.
