TYPES OF EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATES • Green Card - 16 & 17 year olds • All occupations except farm work, newspaper carrier & street trades • Maximum weekly work hours – 28 • Maximum days per week – 6 • Maximum hours on Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday when in school- 4 • Maximum daily hours when on vacation - 8
CERTIFICATES- continued • Blue Card – 14 & 15 year olds • All occupations except farm work, newspaper carrier & street trades • Maximum weekly work hours – 18 • Maximum days per week – 6 • Maximum daily hours – 3 on school days and 8 on other days • Maximum daily hours when on vacation - 8
CERTIFICATES- continued • Salmon Card– 16 and 17 year olds who are out of school • All occupations except farm work, newspaper carriers & street trades • Maximum weekly work hours – 48 • Maximum days per week – 6 • Maximum daily hours - 8
