  1. PHOTOTHERAPY A LIFE SAVING FORM OF TREATMENT PRESENTED BY DR. DAN FERNANDEZ Article proving UBI was utilized extensively in the U.S. in the 1940’s. This article describes the beneficial effects of PCI in 98 children with Rheumatic Fever.

  2. The “Tulsa World Newspaper” in 1951 describes how PCI helped in the fight against Nephritis in children. This particular study demonstrated a success rate of 97%.

  3. In Europe, Czech physician Karel Havlicek and others began using ultraviolet photon therpy via muscular reinjection of small doses of blood, often just 10 ml.

  4. Federico Wehrli treated oxygenated blood with UV in a procedure termed Hematogenic Oxidation Therapy (HOT). Since then, HOT has enjoyed a certain popularity in Central Europe.
