  3. Homework Debrief • Find your Fall Partner and discuss your Year Planning homework: • What format did you choose? • What worked well? • What challenges did you encounter? • What questions do you have?

  5. Teacher Quality Standard • With your Fall partner, record answers to the following question on the handout: If you were to walk into a quality learning environment, what would you see?

  6. Teacher Quality Standard • As a group, go through the TQS document and highlight similaritiesbetween your list and the TQS.

  7. Digging Deeper: 4 Key Elements • We will give you a number and new table group.

  8. Jigsaw • You will become the ‘EXPERT’ in your area • You’ll have 20 min for discussion • After 20 min you’ll rejoin your original table group.

  9. Return to Your Original Table • What did you learn? • Take turns debriefing As you listen…record your group’s thoughts on the sheet provided
