  1. Onslow Gardens Project Properties Facilities Group has recently completed a project at a high end property in Kensington. The client needed a new terrace gutter system installed and our team handled this job expertly. Some of the things we focused on: • The best quality materials were used in the work • Care was taken to make sure the entire surface was waterproofed and sealed to prevent water leakages. • The technicians ensured the feature was installed as per industry standards. • After the installation was complete, we also tested the system to make sure the slope was right and that the gutter was channelling water efficiently into the downpipes. As part of this project, we also completed lightwell painting on the property and the area now has a spruced-up and bright appearance.
