This document outlines the operational issues and strategic plans for the H-JET project as discussed in the RSC meeting on July 22, 2004. Key challenges include turbomolecular pump failures and the need for frequent maintenance of the dissociator. To improve system reliability, plans are proposed to enhance the stability and lifetime of the dissociator, measure atomic beam velocity for better target thickness accuracy, and develop diagnostic devices for molecular hydrogen component measurements. The aim is to ensure effective operation and improved performance of the H-JET facility.
