Every year 4450 students and graduates benefit of the AIESEC Exchange Program
Exchange means exposing young people to different cultures, and different work environments.
Interns are seen as employees in the organizations that they work for and they are offered the chance to put in practice their knowledge and to learn more about the domains they are interested in.
We believe that it plays an important role in developing young leaders.
Everyday when we are running the exchange program, we are trying to develop people who can lead positive change in the world.
Because they understand how other cultures think and work
