TENANT SPACE Commercial Facilities (Tenant Improvement, Retail Space, Shopping Centers, and Office Buildings) The Clare Avenue Design Center -West Palm Beach, FL  Provided MEP engineering design services for the renovation of a 44,000 SF interior and architectural design facility for the promotion of luxury condominiums showcasing the use of modern high-tech design in an open minimalist industrial plant.  HVAC and lighting design provided including an innovative design for the ventilation system for the covered docking area.
