Supply Planning Manager Brampton, ON • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate efforts with partners throughout the supply chain to achieve • inventory plans while meeting on-time performance. • Lead the Supply Review Process and build the Supply Plan that feeds the executive S&OP Process. • Determine finished good factory capacity and work with internal partners • to secure and manage capacity. Work Experience • 5+ years of work experience in a demand • management, capacity, and/or supply planning • environment. • 5+ years direct experience with S&OP or IBP

Corporate Reliability Engineer (Reliability Engineering Document Management) • Skills: • Supervision of 5 or more direct reports. • Strong verbal and written communication. • Proficient in MS Excel, analyzing spreadsheet information, using Pivot Tables, V-look up, Pareto Charts, Bar Charts, Drop Down Menus, etc. • Attention to detail and producing accurate work, welcoming others to verify the accuracy of their work. Creating a protocol for checking and double-checking for accuracy of work. • Able to read drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus. • Proficient in, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. • Fluent in English • Troubleshooting capability is a plus

ELECTRICIAN Bradford, ON • Basic Requirements: • Industrial Electrician License • Diploma from a technical college in Robotic Welding, Electro- • Mechanical, or Automation • Completion of an appropriate blend of education and • experience, equaling a minimum of 5 years • Ability to understand electrical drawings and diagrams, and • diagnose various electrical problems • Must have basic electronic and computer knowledge • Good judgement is required to identify problems, and make • repairs
