P factors help to understand the huge change in body and relation to the world and occupations • Whole new set of responsibilities and interactions with the world that one must figure out • A way to provide someone with self management skills will help them maneuver around barriers • There is a need to self management skills to maintain quality of life and assume meaningful occupations • Self efficacy needs to be bolstered • Self management intervention will provide the missing link and provide the pathway to well being FOR PEACE ON EARTH
