When he was done with his service, he realized there were a number of similarities between leading soldiers, and leading businesses in order to achieve a common goal. Although he is no longer charged with leading dangerous missions and keeping his soldiers alive, he is still charged with managing teams of people in the competitive marketplace. Professionals, individuals, and employees all look to him for leadership, guidance, and professional advice during the performance of their duties; this is not unlike the time he spent in service to the United States of America.
