  2. Argentina gained its independence from Spain in the early 1800s and became a republic in 1853.

Barbecue for about 40 minutes or until they look golden brown on each side and crunchy • Sweetbread, which is located from the esophagus to the intestines, is a very expensive delicacy. • Chorizo is made of meat and spices. • Black Pudding (Blood Pudding) is sausage without meat filled with syrupy blood and spices.
