Consequently, the indiscriminate or unauthorized review, use or disclosure of personal information, medical or otherwise, regarding and patient or employee is expressly prohibited. • Except when required in the regular course of business, the discussion, use, transmission or narration, in any form, of any patient information which is obtained in the regular course of your employment is strictly forbidden.
