Type of Contract • Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) • Definition: provides for an indefinite quantity, within stated limits, of services during a fixed period. • Allows for the ordering of services after requirements materialize (i.e. Task Order). • Multiple awards may be made. CMDBRF

  3. Ordering • Each contracting office will compete task orders among the basic contract holders. • Individual orders will describe all services to be performed. • Note: Other Army/DoD offices may compete orders within the contracts. CMDBRF

  4. Army Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) CMDBRF

  5. Character of the Contracts • Generic/Unpriced Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) • Specialty, location, and quantity to be established per task order. • Performance Based • Each task order will have its own performance work statement. CMDBRF

  6. NAICS Codes • The following NAICS codes with their applicable small business size standards are contemplated for these contracts: • CONUS Ancillary: 622110 ($31.5 M) • CONUS Nursing: 621399 ($6.5 M) • CONUS Physicians: 621111 ($9.0 M) • OCONUS: 622110 ($31.5 M) See www.census.gov/naics.   7. Small Business • It is anticipated that the CONUS contracts (Ancillary, Nursing, and Physicians) will be set aside 100% for small business. • It is anticipated that the OCONUS contracts will be competed on a full and open (i.e. unrestricted) basis. CMDBRF
