AZGEO is a new data management system designed for Arizona, utilizing a web interface to facilitate sharing of file-based data and map services. The application currently supports tracking at both server and dataset levels, allowing users to search, query, display, and download data. The AGIC Data Portal is in production, while the AZGEO site, still in development and targeted for staging on April 15th, aims to offer improved functionality. Initial testing is underway, starting with 9-1-1 users. Easy registration, group joining, and customizable data access are key features for users.

Add Data Mini-Metadata
Data Access Choose who can access your data and how they can access it
Search Data Added data or services are available in the catalog. .Zip files are downloaded via the catalog. Filters can be applied for searches. Only those with permission can see data in catalog.
View Data Added data is viewable in the map if ‘make available as service’ is checked. Added data is clip n’ shippable if that box is checked when added. Only those with permission can see data in map.
Tracking Data Each dataset added shows as a record in the tracking module. Datasets stats can be viewed all together or individually. Total count = number of times metadata is viewed. Day count is just for that day.
Dataset Specific Shows IP address, timestamp, user name and e-mail for each time metadata is accessed. Same information is available for .zip downloads and clip n’ ship downloads.
