Sustainability Over the past 4 years we have proved that the foundations are in are in place, but building sustainability requires more: • Alignment with organisational culture and mission – core, not peripheral • A new business model – focused on revenue generation, not grant acquisition • Alignment with operating systems and procedures • Organisation-wide strategy for engaging with business • A commitment to partnership – focusing the competence of partners to deliver excellence to customers
