The Jagannath Rath Yatra this year has begun on 14th July amidst great enthusiasm of the devotees and the Ulta Rath or Bahuda Yatra or return car will take place on July 23rd. This grand festival of Nine Days is celebrated by taking Lord Jagannath with his elder brother Balabhadra and his sister Subhadra to Gundicha Temple on “Rath”.
