  2. Annual Reporting • Guidelines and templates will be provided annually • Networks will need to compile data from Network Members/Investigators • All reports and tables must be: • approved by the Network’s Board of Directorssigned by the Board Chair

  3. Deadlines • June 30, 2010: • Participant lists • Statistical tables • Financial Statements of Accounts (SOAs) • Progress report • Conflict of interest report • Environmental review report • September 30, 2010: • Corporate report

  4. Due June 30, 2010 • Participant list template • Statistical tables template • Separate Financial SOAs for: • NCE funds • Non-NCE funds • Each researcher • Admin centre

  5. Due June 30, 2010 • Progress report • Major achievements* • Strategies to achieve goals • Added value and additional impact* • Future objectives *May be used by NCE Secretariat publications/communications

  6. Due June 30, 2010 • Conflict of Interest Report and • Environmental review report • Confirm Board has a policy/process and implements/monitors in accordance to policies/guidelines • # of cases brought to Board • Outcomes/decisions

  7. Due September 30, 2010 • Bilingual Corporate report • Lists: • BOD members • Committee members • Researchers • Partners (academic, public, private sector) • Goals and objectives • Summary of research program • Key achievements • Financial summary
