This initiative aims to improve teacher quality and evaluation across various districts in South Dakota through the implementation of a pilot program in the South Dakota Framework for Teaching (FfT). Offered by the East Dakota Educational Cooperative, it provides an online course for in-depth study of teaching practices. Districts including Aberdeen, Brookings, and Wagner will participate in collaborative professional development, creating and implementing evaluation plans. For further information, contact Pat Hubert, Dana Berg, or MaryLou McGirr.
