初步调查Investigation • 本故障中心问题在于flap handle position transmitter的安装方法; • 安装flap handle position transmitter 的AMM 程序简要描述如下: • (1) Install the flap handle position transmitter as follows: • (2) Set the flap/slat handle to the UP/RET position.If removed, install the detent plug in the flap handle detent marked with a blue dot. • (3) Remove the safety tags and close these circuit breakers: • (4) Adjust the flap handle position transmitter. • (5) To keep the aircraft approved for CATEGORY IIIb status, do the FCC-1/FCC-2 flap position indication system category IIIb test. Make sure your CATEGORY IIIb maintenance program is used to complete this test. (Ref. FCC-1/FCC-2 FLAP POSITION INDICATION SYSTEM CATEGORY IIIB TEST, TASK 27-54-00-741-801)
初步调查Investigation • 调整flap handle position transmitter程序如下: • Adjust the flap handle position transmitter as follows: (Figure 532) (Figure 533) • (a) Put the flap/slat handle in the 0/EXT position. Make sure the flap handle transmitter position reads --0.90 ±0.50. • (b) If necessary, loosen bolt (BU) and adjust transmitter shaft (BV) until the flap handle transmitter position reads --0.90±0.50. Tighten bolt (BU). • (c) Put the flap/slat handle in the 28 detent. Make sure the flap handle transmitter position reads 28.40 ±0.50 • (d) If necessary adjust the pushrod (BR) as follows: • 1) Remove and discard the cotter pin (49). • 2) Remove the nut (50), the washer (51) and the bolt (52). • 3) Adjust the pushrod (BR) until the flap handle transmitter position reads 28.40 ±0.50. • 4) Install the bolt (52), the washer (51) and the nut (50). • 5) Safety the nut (50) with a cotter Pin (49).
