Who Is The Holy Spirit?

Who Is The Holy Spirit? • Jesus: “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance” (Jn. 14:26) • Holy Spirit: “Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them” (Acts 13:2) • Paul: “But all these worketh that one and selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he wills” (1 Cor. 12:11)

  5. How Do We Quench Him? • (1) Preventing the spiritual gifts from being exercised in the assembly. • (2) Refusing to allow ourselves to be influenced by the Word, which the Spirit has revealed.
