process • Cut veneer sheets of maple • Take inside sheets through glue spreader • Sand back side of the top and bottom sheets of veneer • Stack 35 sheets of veneer and place them in mold • Put in press • Drill 2 sets of holes through block
process • Saw block around template for rough cut • Run deck against cutting edge • Route top and bottom edges • Sand • Buff • Spray deck with primer • Spray lacquer • Apply decoration
