3. History • Maccabi Cycling Club was incorporated in August 2009. Aug 2009 – Sept 2010: • Foundation members were charged $180. • All foundation members received club knicks and jersey. Oct 2010 – Dec 2011: • Existing members were charged $90 to renew. • New members were charged $180. • All new members received club knicks and jersey. Jan 2012 – Dec 2012: • Existing members were charged $90 to renew. • All existing members received club knicks and jersey. • New members were charged $180. • All new members received club knicks and jersey. Jan 2013 – Dec 2013 : • Existing members were charged $90 to renew. • New members were charged $180. • All new members received club knicks and jersey. • Member Benefits: • Members are all members of Maccabi Victoria • Club and Members are insured under Sportscover Policy for Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Products Liability • Club is Affiliated with Cycling Australia enabling acquisition of race licenses • Members have opportunity to purchase additional kit items at heavily discounted prices (jerseys, knicks, gilets, arm warmers, leg warmers, caps) • Free entry into Club Events: Club Championships, GORC, DISC ‘Come & Try’ Day • Discounts on participation in designated club sanctioned events: Marysville, Great Otway Classic, Whittlesea • Opportunity to participate in Club Training Weekend. • Access to Discounts from our Cycle Shop Partners • Access to Sports grants that have enabled us to acquire professional coaching services for Maccabi Young Guns program • Regular weekend and public holiday social rides on Beach Road (Saturday and Sunday) and alternative ‘hill’ rides • Around the Bay transport and Breakfast Membership Model and rates have not changed for Four Years

Benchmarks St Kilda Cycling Club Blackburn Cycling Club $88 per annum Short sleeve jersey: $90 Bib knicks: $110 Or $376 over two years • $122 per annum • Short sleeve jersey: $110 • Bib knicks: $120 • Or $474 over two years MCC equivalent is $180 & $270 for two years for existing members and new members respectively + replacement kit every two years

6. Fee Structure • There are now two fees applicable: • Club Affiliation Fee (NEW members only) • This is a one-off club affiliation fee of $100 ($50 for U18’s) • This fee entitles those affiliated to apply for one of the available annual membership packages on offer. • Monies collected are put towards club operating costs of advertising, corporate affairs, bank charges, Directors’ & Officers Insurances. • Should membership lapse, and one wants to rejoin the club, Affiliation Fee needs to be paid again, i.e. continuity of membership provision. • Annual Membership Fee (applicable to ALL members) Two Fees for a New Members, One Fee for Existing Members

7. Annual Membership Packages There are four annual membership packages available: • Membership A – Standard Membership • Membership B – Upgrade option 1 • Membership C – Upgrade option 2 • Membership D – Premium Upgrade Every Member needs to purchase one package per annum

8. Package Details Packages only available at time of renewal/ joining. Thereafter, products are available at MCC Retail Prices.

9. 2014Stock Price List Stock is available to members for their own use and may not be purchased on behalf of non-members *: Most likely prices. May vary slightly.

10. Renew Now! • We have purchased bidons ($2,500), Jersey Bin wallets and have paid a deposit of about $15,000 to our kit supplier. • We expect the new kits to be in stock before the end of this year. • We need to settle the balance on receipt of the stock. • We have encouraged our sponsors to make advance payments to us. • We encourage our members to RENEW NOW! Renew before 20 December 2013 and receive a free club bidon

11. FAQ’s • If I purchase one of the upgrade options (“1”, “2” or “Premium”) do I need to pay this for each of the two years? • No. You must purchase a membership package annually, e.g.: • purchase Upgrade Option “1” in 2014 ($180) and Standard Membership in 2015 ($100); or • purchase Standard Membership in 2014 ($100) and Premium Upgrade in 2015 ($250); or • purchase Standard Membership in 2014 ($100) and Standard Membership in 2015 ($100) • Note that you are only entitled to one pair of knicks and jersey every two years. You may purchase additional products from the club. • If I purchase a Standard Membership ($100) and I want to upgrade because I have decided to purchase a gilet, can I just pay the extra $80 for the upgrade? • No. These packages are only available at the time of joining the club or annual renewal. • You may purchase the gilet at the club’s retail price, or • Chose an upgrade option at your next annual membership renewal For any further questions please contact info@maccabicycling.com.au
