  9. PROPUESTAS COMUNES 1. DESCONCENTRACIÓN DEL FOSYGA • Establecer oficinas regionales del FOSYGA. • Este mecanismo desarrolla el concepto de Edo. comunitario que el Gobierno Nacional ha promovido con gran éxito, lo que facilitaría la interlocución directa entre los actores del sector salud y el Gobierno para agilizar el flujo de recursos.

  10. PROPUESTAS COMUNES 2. EXIGIR LA APLICACIÓN EFICIENTE DEL SISTEMA DE INSPECCIÓN, VIGILANCIA Y CONTROL (IVC) CREADO MEDIANTE LA LEY 1122 DE 2007. • Artículo 37. Ejes del Sistema de Inspección, Vigilancia y Control de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud. Para cumplir con las funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud ejercerá sus funciones teniendo como base los siguientes ejes: • 1. Financiamiento. • 2. Aseguramiento. • 3. Prestación de servicios de atención en salud pública. • 4. Atención al usuario y participación social. • 5. Eje de acciones y medidas especiales. • 6. Información.

  11. PROPUESTAS COMUNES LEY 1122 DE 2007 Artículo 38. Conciliación ante la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud. Artículo 41. Función jurisdiccional de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud. Artículo 42. Defensor del usuario en salud

CONCLUSIÓN LA SITUACIÓN ACTUAL AMERITA UNAS MEDIDAS URGENTES, DE LO CONTRARIO LOS HOSPITALES Y CLÍNICAS DESAPARECERÁN Y ENTONCES ¿CÓMO GARANTIZAREMOS EL DERECHO FUNDAMENTAL A LA SALUD DE TODOS LOS COLOMBIANOS ? POR ESTO, LAS COMISIONES SÉPTIMAS DE SENADO Y CÁMARA HEMOS CONVOCADO A LOS DIFERENTES ACTORES PARA QUE, APROVECHANDO LA PARTICIPACIÓN DEL GOBIERNO NACIONAL, CONCERTEMOS ALTERNATIVAS DE SOLUCIÓN Y SE ESTABLEZCAN COMPROMISOS
