  5. Setting Up a Session • Task: Your group is to create a brief (5 min) introduction presentation • Introduce & define your topic; explain goals of session (like we just did) • Remember Brainstorming Guidelines and Ground Rules as you work!

  6. Key Facilitation Skills • Prepare, prepare, prepare • Listen, listen, listen • Encourage participation • Consider physical influences • Questioning, Organizing, Connecting

  7. Small Group Discussion • Discuss question on handout

  8. Large Group Discussion • Hear responses from tables • Remember: • Question • Connect • Organize
