  3. Browsing

  4. Select this tab to browse content You can view your own University guidelines here You can browse by chapters, procedures or figures

  5. Selecting ‘content’, ‘procedures’ or ‘figures’ expands the heading to show a full list of materials Selecting any of these headings will link you directly to the material

  6. Clicking on ‘subprocedures’ displays a full list of subprocedures as well You can sort procedures and figures alphabetically or by chapter here

  7. Navigate back to higher levels by using the ‘breadcrumb trail’ Navigate backwards or forward through chapters and sections Green boxes indicate the level of evidence Procedures are presented in the familiar ‘action/rationale’ format

  9. Enter your search term here Search by all text or procedure-only Hit ‘search’

  10. The search term is highlighted in yellow. When you search by an abbreviation, the full term is also searched. Filter the results Sort the results by chapter or by relevance

  12. Refine your search by selecting ‘and/or’ Select the type of information required Enter up to three keywords

  22. Select the procedure you wish to edit from the drop-down menu

  23. Select the procedure to which you wish to add a comment here

  24. Click ‘add comment’ where you wish to add your comment and type into the box which appears

  25. Your comments will display in grey boxes like these

  26. Downloading figures
