  5. Next Steps PPGP Experiment’s Input ? GridPP5 Proposal Expert Review Consolidate Grant Proposals Consolidate Grant Proposals Consolidate Grant Proposals Consolidate Grant Proposal Will need to update/expand previous submission soon. Peer-Review of GridPP5 will take place in conjunction with the next PPGP (Experiment) Consolidated Grant round in 2015. “STFC are currently considering how best to integrate this with the PPGP review process.” “GridPPfunding will be considered by a dedicated committee with a separate funding line, in parallel with the Consolidated Grant, and there will be some coordination between the PPGP and the GridPP funding committee to coordinate funding for computing resources. 6. GridPP4+ Extension • 1st Sep: Submit a status report for GridPP4 and a Work-Plan for GridPP4+ • 12th Sep: Deadline for finalising institutional JeS forms for GridPP4+ for GridPP review. • 17th Sep: Deadline for submission of JeS forms. • 30th Sep: Deadline for issue of GridPP4+ grants. 7. GridPP4 Grants Tony Medland: “a no-cost extension of GridPP4 so should not be a problem as long as the costs are synchronised between existing (GridPP4) and continuation (GridPP4+) awards, i.e. we only end up paying for things once! However, I must ask that you minimise any overlapping spend (i.e. beyond March 2015) as far as possible to try to avoid creating any cash flow issues for us between years. On that basis, I would be happy to allow the existing GridPP4 grants a no-cost extension of up to 6 months to enable them to complete their spend on the current approved programme.” GridPP33
