  4. My country, Russia, is rich with culture and traditions, as well as promising young talents. But here, in Russia, there are many problems that slow the development of the Russian fashion. Besides the fact that there is a lack of specialized educational institutions, that teach design, there is no place for young professionals internships - no fashion houses.That is why young designers begin to create their own brands, not having sufficient experience. Faced with such problems as an absence of an established manufacturing, finance, advertising, marketing, most fade away never risen.I see the solution of this problem in training and having internships abroad, in places where the fashion industry is developed, in order to bring the experience and knowledge to developing Russian fashion, thus attracting new specialists. No education is complete without experience. Armed with a solid understanding of academic principles, we can begin our career where we will add to our experience. We will be able to adapt and modify the theoretical constructs as required in order to meet our company's needs.
