Cookies (per piece) Gingerbread Classic gingerbread spiced cookies with royal icing. Cinnamon Star Slightly chewy, flavoured with cinnamon and coated with royal icing. Hausfreunde Chocolate-Apricot and Almond paste cookies. Gingerbread houses Mini gingerbread houses with pate de fruit, marshmallows, royal icing.
