Twelfth Synthesis Imaging Workshop: Sign Up and Schedule Details

Join us for the Twelfth Synthesis Imaging Workshop! Sign up for exciting activities including Data Reduction tutorials, Saturday hikes, and an EVLA tour. Don't forget to grab your free workshop t-shirt and indicate your size! Note that all sign-up sheets will be available outside Workman 101, to be taken down Wednesday after lunch. Our welcoming reception will be held at Macey Center from 6:30 to 8:00 PM, with shuttle services provided to local restaurants and back to hotels. Alcoholic drinks are not permitted to leave Macey Center.

  1. Sign up sheets Outside of Workman 101, left of doors, sign up for: • Data reduction tutorials • Saturday Hike • EVLA tour All Sign Up Sheets come down Wednesday after the lunch break Twelfth Synthesis Imaging Workshop

  2. Workshop T-shirt • Each registrant gets one t-shirt free, additional t-shirts $10. • Order t-shirt size. • Sign paper for back of t-shirt. T-shirts can be ordered through the Wednesday afternoon break Twelfth Synthesis Imaging Workshop

  3. Lunch shuttles • Cafeteria at NMT is closed • there is a snack bar (at Fidel Center) that can provide lunches for some but not all 150. • We will provide shuttles to/from Howard Johnson’s, which is easy walking distance to many restaurants. Twelfth Synthesis Imaging Workshop

Reception A welcoming reception will take place this evening from 6:30 – 8:00 at Macey Center. • Alcoholic drinks are not allowed to leave the premises of Macey Center (i.e. you cannot leave with them or even take them out on the lawn). • Shuttles will take people back to their hotels from 7:30-8:30 from Macey.
