Major challenges when growing Almonds in Oz • Most trees grown on sandy nutrient deficient soil types • Adverse environmental conditions during pollination • Climate variability • Zinc, copper & iron deficiencies • Disease (eg. rust, hull rot, bacterial spot) • Wet summers/harvest • Crop safety with cover sprays

LIG-TRACE (N 5%, Mn 2.5%, Zn 2%, Fe 2%, S 2%, B 1.4%, Mg 1%, Cu 0.5%, Mo 0.1%) • Good balance of essential micronutrients + N, Mg, S • Low rate @ 1 qt/ac will correct deficiencies • Fully chelated cations (Mn, Zn, Fe, Mg, Cu) • Excellent binding properties minimises wash-off • Improves plant health & disease resistance • High boron enhances nut quality • Perfect mix for establishing young trees • Very soft on trees when used with other chemicals
