Measuring Performance • Measuring the right things… • Statistics: %age decided within 2 or 4 months • Culture change: Service Improvement Plans • Audit Scotland: • “Time is currently the only way to measure performance and a more comprehensive framework is needed.” • HOPS: Planning Performance Framework • - Holistic view: speed, also certainty and customer service
