Amendment to LUA Constitution Other than in the name of the Association, the vendor name of “Lawson” or “Lawson Software” shall be replaced with the name of “Infor” Example – Mission Statement “The User Association is formed to look after the interest of its members with regard to the benefits provided by their association with Lawson Software and to encourage information exchange between its members” becomes:- “The User Association is formed to look after the interest of its members with regard to the benefits provided by their association with Infor and to encourage information exchange between its members”

Product Enhancement Process • PEP is run once a year • Only GAM3 members can submit Requests • Description, Reason, Benefit of Request. • Correlated into a single simple Spreadsheet • All M3 customers can Vote (November – December) • Each company has 100 points, but can allocate only 10 points maximum to any Request • In January, votes are sent to Infor • In April (at Inforum), Infor provides feedback / commitment

PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT PROCESS (2011) • 454 new enhancement requests (453 in 2010) • ALL user groups associated with GAM3 provided an input • Excel format • 100 points to be allocated per Maintenance paying customer • Voting - 1 Nov – 31 Dec 2011 • Only 74 companies voted (93 in 2010) • Full feedback at Inforum– (23rd April 2012)
